Our Company
Tennessee Title & Escrow Affiliates LLC was founded in 2005 by Trey Cain. Also in 2005, Mr. Cain, along with two partners, founded and continues to handle corporate real estate legal matters for Silverpointe Properties, LLC, a boutique up-scale residential, commercial, and investment real estate brokerage with offices in Franklin and Brentwood, Tennessee.
Together, Tennessee Title & Escrow and Cain & Associates PLLC, Mr. Cain's real estate law firm, offers full service real estate legal, escrow and closing, and title insurance services. As real estate lawyers, Cain & Associates offers a full range of legal services needed by real estate professionals including real estate brokerages, Realtors, developers, builders and contractors, investors, banking lenders and private equity lenders.

Our Founder
Trey cain, Esq. is the founder and president of Tennessee Title & Escrow Affiliates LLC. Mr. Cain has practiced real estate and bankruptcy law since 2000 and has held a Real Estate Broker's license since 2005. As a lawyer, licensed real estate broker, and principal in a real estate brokerage, Mr. Cain has developed a truly unique perspective in conducting and consulting on thousands of successful negotiations and closings, including short sales, residential, commercial, private investor representation, equity funding and foreclosed properties.
